AQHA Halter bred Broodmare, Advice on Selling

Hello. I recently traded a grade grey trail horse for two reg. AQHA mares. They are both bred pretty well. Im thinking about keeping the Race bred mare, she has Streakin Six as a grandsire, and Easy Six, Dash for Cash, Top Moon, and Triple Chick on her papers. She just turned 10 years old. She has also been accepted into the Texas Racehorse Breeders Assoc. Or something like that, that has been stamped on her papers.

The other mare is an Impressive bred mare that is out of a son of Diversified. She also has Skipa Star, Te n Te, Leo, and Mr Bar None. Here is the link to her pedigree: http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/a+bit+devious

And here are some awful pics that are definitely not conformation quality:

With impressive on the papers, if she hasnt already been tested for hypp I would have it done before trying to sell. We had a trail/gaming/ team penning mare growing up and even though she was N/N people were still worried. We never had problems with her though. It is hard to tell by your pics her conformation though, which one is she?
