Beautiful 5y/o TB mare FREE lease (Image heavy)

Alright, I've had my Thoroughbred mare, Addy for sale now for just over 3 months. I've gone back to school for nursing and don't have the time to keep her on a routine schedule like she needs. I've only been out to ride her once a week and she needs more like 4-5 times a week. I've had lots of interest but with the economy etc I know the market isnt good. I finally dropped her price to $2900 and do have someone coming to look at her next week- but if that doesn't workout I'm offering her for a free lease. I'm just not willing to practically give away a horse like Addy- so I figure this would help me and someone else out. I had Addy in dressage training for 3 months. She picked up quick- since I brought her home I've only ridden her 1 or 2 times a week. She needs someone that can go back over the basics with her and get her back to where she was- Training level. She has had no serious jumping training- but free jumps very willingly. She would make someone an awesome eventer. Her energy is a 6 on a scale of 1 - 10. She has absolutly NEVER bucked, reared, kicked or tried to bite. Gets along well with others- trainer took her on a trail ride and she did well. She needs an intermediate to experienced rider not because she is dangerous...she just has energy and I wouldnt put a beginner on her. She needs a rider with confidence and a routine and she will go far.

I am willing to lease her out to anyone within 6 hours of me. I am offering a free lease. This means you do not pay me anything to lease Addy, BUT you will be responsible for ALL care. Feed, farrier, routine shots, worming and boarding (if needed). You will be required to allow me to see where you will be keeping Addy. No barbed wire! I am looking for a RESPONSIBLE individual that will care for Addy as though she were there own. I also want someone that will work with her in either dressage, jumping, hunters or eventing (or all of it) at least 2 -3 times per week. I've never leased out a horse or leased a horse- but I will have an attorney draw up legal papers at my expense. I think I'd like to start with a 6 month lease- of course if it doesnt work out she can be returned to me anytime. I will require you to pick her up and deliver her back (if needed). And last of all- I would want permission to visit every couple months or so. Let me know if you're interested. See pics below:
