Big Beautiful Trail Mare for Sale in Oregon

I purchased Rose a year ago and since then I have been in two car accidents. I had to take 6 months off of riding and my back and neck need me to go back to a gated horse. So Rosie needs to find a new forever home.

She is around 8 or 9 and believed to be a Perch/Quarter Horse cross. She is put together quite nicely and everyone always tells me how beautiful she is. I recently had her teeth floated in January and she had a full vet check then as well. I can get the paperwork from my vet and you can talk to him as well. She has never had a lame step while I have owned her. Her feet are awesome and she does not have to wear shoes. I put boots on her front feet on the rocky trails and she is fine. This horse is great on the trails. Loads right up, stick a saddle on and go. She will walk, trot, canter on the trails and she has been to the beach one time. She did awesome! In the arena she will walk and trot for Anyone, and has a really nice loose rein slow jog. Her canter is really off balance in the arena and it will take someone with experience to develop that. She recently completed 30 days training with a reputable dressage trainer who would be happy to talk to you as well. Not a lot phases this girl.

She can be in a stall, but she prefers to be out with shelter. She has had regular worming and care. She has had her most recent shot on May 2, her worming today, and her feet were done mid April. She will be due soon, but she usually goes 10 weeks. Her feet just grow slow.

She is 15hh and STOUT! A beautiful Bay that dapples in the Spring and Summer.

This horse thrives on the trails. I am ONLY selling her because I do not have a trailer and she is just being wasted in the arena. Come try her out today. We will be very sad to see her go. She will come up to you in the pasture and will do anything for a carrot.

I have size 4 Simple boots I can sell with her for an extra $86.00 (aprox $129.00 new) and Her saddle for $300 (Synthetic Big Horn. Brown, Full QH bars 17'seat,)Her bridle and full cheek 5.5" snaffle for $25.

Contact me with any questions.
Sid

Yes she is very pretty, but in Oregon without a trailer, I needed a horse who would enjoy the arena as well and she hated it. Plus I needed a little more get up and go...or at least a little get up. She was very happy to just walk. I sold her to someone with a trailer and a large pasture that would not turn into a mud pit. Rose will be very happy. I am sad about it though as I really loved her. We just never meshed.
