Great thinking. Some people just jump in and purchase a horse without knowing what could be the real reason for selling a horse. Especially for a one that 3 years old or older.

Great Idea! It helps to have questions written down. Sometimes in the excitement of buying a horse, there are things you forget to ask. Is there a PDF available?

Have you ever had a seller refuse to fill the form in because it took too much time?

I never asked the seller to fill the form in. I would ask the questions and then fill them in.
If they refused to answer some of the important questions ,I'd pass on the horse
