Clydesdale for Lease

I'm new to the board, Hello.

I'm looking to lease out my Clydesdale gelding that I have. He's not completely suited for what I need and I wanted to try to find something else but don't want him to just sit with nothing to do. I'm willing to do a full lease on or off farm or a partial lease on farm. I'm located in Painesville, Ohio.

He's 8 years old, has been ridden and driven. He has a previous back injury to his spine. He does not effect anything he does other than jumping. He can be ridden just fine and can still be driven as well. He just has a bump on his back, not where the saddle sits, it's further back. He's a very laid back and pretty lazy horse. He's perfectly suited for a husband mount or just trail riding. We have trail ridden him the past few months. He will lunge and listens pretty well with it. He's 17hh.
