If we find somewhere else to board that is cheaper than ours, or we buy our own property within the time he is still for sale, I will definetly come look at him!
    I am in BC too.
You should keep him a little longer, then sell him to me once I get money ;)
LOL, that just might happen if I don't find the right home for him before then. When/if you're ready for another horse and if you're still interested, let me know (if he's still available)!

    Trained
I am SOOO glad he is on the other side of the country. My husband would die for him but I don't have the time or space for another horse. I hope you find a good home for him.

Did you send him for training over the summer?

I didn't get the chance to send him to trainers last summer - time got away from me (not the end of the world as he still had a lot of maturing to do... those big guys are such late bloomers!). I've been looking into putting 60 days of training on him sometime this spring, but it's really all to do with money.

Special offers for Horse Forum members only - will drastically reduce price to $800 obo if he goes to someone on the forum! Otherwise I have him currently priced at $1800 obo.

LOL, you can never have too many Drafts! And how can you resist such a face as his? He's just beggin' for some lovin'.

(I'd let him go for much less then that to the right home, too just to tempt you some more, because I'm evil like that)

Stop it, you!! For me, the cost would be primarily in transport, I'm a long ways from you! But beyond that, I don't need the cost of another mouth to feed and care for! I'm over crowded as it is. Been in love with him from day one though, he is so beautiful. I just love him.

    I'm sorry, I'm awful, I know!!

Oh yeah, money always seems to make such a dent in our plans. Silly horses keeping us penniless. Offer still stands if ya ever change your mind, though! He's by himself right now and while I try to work and mess around with him as much as I can my work schedule means that he's not getting the attention he deserves. I'm so lucky that he's such a laid back gelding though! Really "goes with the flow" and fits right in wherever you put him (with horses, alone, with other livestock, etc.).

Aw, I know how that feels!! You're always welcome to come for a visit and mess around with him if you're ever in the neighborhood. Free of charge.
