Wow, he's uber cute. And I'm right near the Canadian border, hmmm.....

Do you have any summer/recent pics? Or a video?

I've just recently (last week) took a bunch of new photos actually, and am planning on getting a video as well - I'm just having problems uploading them onto my computer atm (they were taken with the video camera, and I am clueless when it comes to those things! ). Hopefully I'll figure out how to get them uploaded soon! I'm really not that smart when it comes to computers.

Spring vet clinic is tomorrow - getting his shots, de-wormed, teeth done, sheath cleaned, and a general health check-up. He's also getting his feet trimmed.

I will be starting to work with TJ on ground driving and other ground training later this week to get him re-freshed a bit so he'll be ready to be lightly started a little later this summer (had to wait on getting him bitted and working the past couple months due to needing his teeth done). He is maturing into such a lovely, sensible and co-operative horse - I'm excited to see how he handles himself when put to real work.

Gosh, so tempting! I’m in the market for a draft horse and while the size makes me a bit nervous, he’s so pretty.

I’m new to drafts, but not new to horses. I’m not a particularly strong rider, but have worked with racehorses in the past (from baby to full-fledged racer). I’m a bit nervous around horses and I do have anxiety – how are his ground manners? Is he calm and gentle enough that he wouldn’t TRY to push me around if I made an effort to be assertive with him?

Does he have a current Coggins test? I’m in Alberta and would need one of those.

Do you have a ballpark estimate of what shipping would cost for this big guy?
