Exclamation Do I have permission

My sister out grew riding (how could someone ) and she has my dream horse.I still love riding and I don't have a horse.So here is my question can I buy her horse here are some resons

*she out grew riding
*I don't have a horse
*the horse is getting over weight
*the horse is my dream horse
*it would be better for the horse
*I already ride it and I am training her
*I have gained the horses trust
Please answer

Ps I would pay her

Are both you guys underage ? If so most likely the horse belongs to your parents, so that would be like your parents buying there own horse. I would talk to your folks ask them if you can takeover the reponsibilities of primary rider and caretaker.
