Scam for sure. I got one similar last year when I was selling Bobo. I knew it wasn't real but followed it through to see how far it would go. I never got the check and he fell off the face of the earth.

Typically what happens is that you receive a check for more then you requested. You deposit the check and it "clears" your bank. You send the overage to the buyer and the cleared check somehow becomes bad and you are liable for the money. BTW, they never pick up the horse since it is the money they are after.

I'm not arguing with you, I'm just explaining why I'm right.

Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you're wrong.

It's not always what you say but what they hear.

LOL, I got the same email , when I was selling a mini...here's what I wrote back..

Dear Sir,
Although I don't make it a habit or riding while I'm eating Cheerios, because I may spill my milk, I have taken into consideration, your offer. I will be more than happy to take your offer, but however I would really like your payment to be in dimes, rolled please! As for delivery of item , I will ride him to you! Please note that of it raining, you will have to buy the umbrella for me, I prefer a really big floral one, with a hook handle. My mode of communication with you , will always be, pony express, so it may take awhile for me to , get back with you, Thank you for your offer. Now I must get back to,playing with my playdough!

Sincerely,
The Monkey Lady

I got the response, I was looking for....it was hilarious....they never mailed again.....friggen scammers!!
