Exchange a free lease for training in Florida?

I am a third level dressage rider - having trained two horses to third level and several others to lower levels. My current Dutch WB (show) mare has sustained a pasture injury, and in order to allow it plenty of time to heal I will be breeding her.

In the interim I'd like a horse to ride (I also own a 21 yo mare but am currently sharing her with a weekend rider - so that limits my riding time).

So I would like a free lease (I take care of all costs - feed, vet, farrier, dentist, chiro, massage, transportation from your farm to mine and back again after lease is done) and will train your horse for free. Younger green broken horses preferred (rather than have to fix problems I'd rather train them right to beging with). Horse must have big gaits since I ride dressage and would like to show the horse. Lease would probably for around 18 months (mare is due to be bred in April 2011).

If you have such a horse (hopefully close to, or in, Florida) please email me some specifics about the horse. I can provide references - GP trainer, vet, farrier, etc...
