First horse? What do you think?

I'm going to try out this new horse I went and looked at the other day in two days though! I'm so nervous! Here is the ad for her, Beautiful Paint/thoroughbred Mare
We're kinda tight for money in horse cost-wise, and her owner said she could do $500 instead of $1000, as well as a payment plan, which is very nice. When I went to see the horse, she was very sweet and very pretty! She has never been cross-tied though, which is kind of annoying for me, because we only have cross-ties at my barn which is at my house. So, if anyone knows any tips on teaching that skill, it would be much appreciated! She also hasn't been in a ring much, and we do have one at my house as well as trails, but I'm assuming with some hard work, it won't be that hard to teach her to ride in the ring. She has a good health history and is getting her feet done tomorrow. What do you guys think of her? I'm worried that she'll be too much horse for me, or something! I'm probably just over-reacting like always though! I'm so nervous for riding her on Sunday! Haha! :)

Just take it nice and slow, as with all horse training.

She's a really pretty mare! Is there a possibility that you can try her out at your place for a few weeks?
