FLASHY 17.2h hunter mare for lease in fraser valley, BC

Looking for a 3-5 day a week leaser for my mare. Leaser must be able to commit to their days. That being said, schedule is flexible. Beverley is only for lease on property due to my unfortunate time constraints.
if interested please enquire telling me a little bit about yourself, as well as your riding history.

Beverley is a 17.2h coming 8y/o TB. She is a big boned girl, built more like a WB. Suitable to any level of rider, beginner-advanced - however I am only looking for an intermediate-advanced rider, who is a confident, yet quiet rider. She does not have any bad habits, but looking to keep her training consistent and not wanting her to develop bad habits. Depending on experience would prefer a leaser to be in consistent lessons with coach of my approval. Overall she is a big sweetheart and has a great personality. Beverley is not at all your typical TB, she is sane. Beverley is honest and willing to please, she really wants to make her rider happy. She is not flighty or hot. Solid flat work, currently schooling up to 3'3"-3'6" with ease, will move up with more miles O/F. This mare has a huge stride, and a huge jump. Goes on the hacking trail around property and on the road with ease. Stands for vet/farrier and to groom/tack up. Quick learner. Very much a "people horse", loves attention and very "in your pocket". She takes everything as if she has been doing it her whole life. She tends to be on the lazier end of things - goes on the buckle no problem - but will try her heart out for you and has energy if you ask for it (though never hot). Goes around in her loose ring french link, and occasionally needs a tap of the crop to get her going. Preference will be given to a rider with experience in the hunters - not willing to switch disciplines. Beverley is ready to show, so leaser will be welcome to do so at their expense.

Beverley is located at a wonderful facility in the ******** area of **********, close to highway exits. Large outdoor and indoor on site, seating available in outdoor and heated viewing area in indoor. Hot/cold wash bay, grooming areas. Individual tack lockers. Large roomy stalls and wide isle ways. Extremely friendly boarders/staff. Grass hacking area. Close to trails. Heated lounge with couches.

Looking for a longer-term leaser.
Beverley is not for sale and also not willing to move facilities, lease on property only.
Quality tack/grooming supplies included in lease, appropriate riding gear must be brought by you.
Owner to cover all vet/farrier/misc. expenses. / Leaser to cover basic lease rate as well as cost of lessons/shows.
HCBC required.

Rates (this does not include the cost of lessons):
3 days per week: $250
4 days per week: $350
5 days per week: $450

Please PM for exact location and more info/pictures/videos
