Free lease

I am looking for someone to lease my 8yr old 16.1hh chestnut TB mare.
Lease is to be done on current property, located on a beautiful private barn in Grimsby, ON.
There is great opportunity with a very successful show jumping coach on site.
The lease offer is rider to pay full board plus must take
One lesson a week with the AMAZING! Show jumping coach on site.
I am willing to pay all farrier bills in fairness to continue with the occasional ride myself.
Shandi needs an experienced, confident and patient rider to help further her.

Not sure if I misunderstood, but a free lease shouldn't involve the leasee paying for anything, that including the board bill. :s

Some free leases are free in terms of paying money DIRECTLY to the owner of the horse, but you are still responsible for some fees which may include board.

In general free lease = lesee pays only board and any vet bills due to injury to horse while riding. Lessor pays all other costs.

There are always negotiated variations depending on exact circumstances but in general that's how they go.
