Don't judge a book by it's cover! Some of these posts are wrong and make me not want to post anything (either a wanted ad or selling items).
I am looking for a lease to own since I will be purchasing my first horse. I will cover ALL expenses and insurance. Am willing to pay a payment on the horse.
OP have you looked at local tack stores, local ad papaers, craigslist(I hate cl lol) or riding stables etc? I would definitely recommend asking around at local barns and shops to see if anybody knows of someone with this kinda deal
I haven't looked at local tack stores but placed an ad on CL, (not a fan myself) few horse groups on FB and Virginia equestrian.

If you're willing to go up toward Dunkirk, MD there is a mare for free lease but has to be kept on property up at Lucky Cricket. Has shown dressage, hunters, and has been a schooling horse. I personally havent met the horse but the facility is top notch!
If you can't find anything now you'll probably find your perfect horse at the start of the next college semester, lots of people going off to school and desperate to have somebody to take care of their horse / get rid of them all together. Unfortunately I'm not in the same country or I could point you to numerous ads good luck in your search.
