she looks cute. but if you are only going to be there another year or so, will you be able to sell her or place her when you need to move? maybe a lease option would be better.
I already have discussed this with a friend of mine, her daughter has no experience and is just starting lessons so she wants to take the mare on after.
It's quite difficult to find lease ponies here, I've gone as far as to contact the Irish pony society and several welsh pony studs with no luck at all. You will find plenty of green broke youngsters for lease, but very few quality ponies with experience.
Stop for a minute, open your mind, learn. You may not agree with what I say, I may not agree with what you say but we will both learn something new.
