hmm Scam maybe?

I put my horse up for sale & I got an email from someone saying they were very interested in my horse. They asked for more info on him. I sent them an email telling them about my horse & they asked me to give them my pay pal account that they were very interested in him & are willing to pay whatever I ask. & would pay for him by pay pal & have someone to come pick him up as soon as the transaction went through.

They aren't even interested in looking at him which is very weird.

What do you think.

Heres the exact message

Hi there, Thank you for getting back to me.
I'm ready to pay your asking price,
I'm buying this for my Dad. But the issue is I'm a marine biologist
And I am on sea right now. Due to my contract on the sea, there is
Strictly no call due to the lack of reception on the sea area. But I'm
Able to access my mail anytime as I will make use of wireless laptop.

My Mode of payment is via PayPal as as I don't have access to my bank
Account online, but I have it attached to my paypal account and this
Is why I insisted on using paypal to pay. I will be responsible for
All the paypal fee/charges on this transaction and I will like you to
Get back to me with more pics if available, if you don't have an
Account with paypal, its pretty easy, safe and secured to open one.
Just log on to www.paypal.com

I hope we can make the purchase as fast as possible.
I have a mover that will be coming for the pick up once payment
Cleared. So I look forward to hear from you soon. Kindly get back to
Me with your

PayPal E-Mail Address:

(I Love my horse & theres no way I would sell him without meeting the buyer first which is what I replied & told them)

Run away! My trainer did buy her barrel mare sight unseen however she wanted full vet check / internal xrays and talked to the buyer multiple times. This email however sounds extremely fishy and I would not trust it.

Yikes!!
What did they email back?
That sounds a little fishy.. You have email, but not cell service, on a BOAT?
And also the whole thing about "them" not being able to get on their paypal account is really confusing... and it just frankly doesn't make sense. -_-
It sounds like a robot...
I think you made a good choice!!!

SCAM

Next step is to make arrangements to wire you money in excess of what you are asking to also cover transportation and if any is left over you can send it back to them, only to find out they've cleared out your account.

They didn't. The first email seemed real.
They asked about him and asked for more pictures of him.
So I replied and then they sent the message I posted

It's a scam, has been around for a while now. They try it for almost anything for sale.
