Horse for half lease

I'm looking to do a half lease/ part boarder on my horse.
"Muff" is a 9 year old(2001) 16HH American Saddlebred gelding.
He is being ridden as a hunter on the flat horse right now, he hasn't jumped in more than a year really besides cross rails.
Has three solid paces, simple changes.
I really don't have a lot of time right now with school.. so I'm looking for someone who is interested to ride 3 or 4 days a week, OR if you're just interested in a few rides a week, that can be accommodated for.
Must be at least an intermediate rider, no beginners.
He will stay at the barn he is at. The barn has a large indoor arena, access to jumps, coaches to give lessons if you wish, outdoor arena for good weather, hot/cold wash stall, heated viewing room. I have all the tack that you would need, unless you need something special.
Muff is located in northeastern Wisconsin, please send me a private message or email if you have any questions or would like to come and try him out. My email is
X x (dot) jordan (at) live (dot) com (minus spaces lol)

Thanks : )

Here's a video from late last year, he is throwing his head a bit because he doesn't like the chain underneath! I am still looking for someone to part board or do a lease on him.
