I'm going to lease my horse, with an option to buy if its a good fit.

Shy's a 9 year old 15hh Quarter Horse/Appy mix. He's a very calm, relaxed horse, not spooky at all and eager to please. He was started out Western, but most of the time I ride him English or bareback. Recently I've been trying him in Western, and he hasn't given me any problems. I've also taken him over a few jumps (nothing competitive) and he did fairly well with that. Great on trails.
He'd do best with a laid back rider interested in pleasure riding, trailing, maybe some light showing. I would love for him to be able to develop a good connection with one or two people and to have a long term home.
He has no problems with farriers, but does get difficult around vets. We found a new vet that he's doing better with. No other vices, doesn't kick, spook, rear, or dance around.

    Shy Boy:
