I agree she is the better of the four. But I just need ways to ask for her now. Any ideas?

As in how? Asking your parents, or asking the seller?

    My grandparents.
Every horse I have ever gotten has just been handed to me without myself picking the horse. So I haven't ever had to ask for one, and I don't know how to come upon asking.

hmmm. Let me think about this for a few. Ok I think I have something.

Maybe you could say that you want to get into showing and you feel this is the perfect horse for you. Also say that it's not because your other horses are not show quality, but this horse has had show experience and has proven herself in the show ring.

You can obviously tweak this to fit your needs, but its just a general idea. Or another could be this

Let's say you have a gelding (i'm not sure what kind of horse you have, so please bare with me ) and because Valentine's Day is on Thursday, you've been telling him you are going to get him his very own valentine. So this new horse would be your horse's girlfriend.

Maybe say that your grandparent's relationship has really rubbed off on you and you want your horses to be able to have their own significant other.

Again, change it to fit your needs.

How do they sound? Good? Bad??

When I was little I started saving my allowance for a horse. My parents watched me for about a week, taking ridicule from my brother and steadfastly adding coins to my bottle. I saved like 5 dollars before my parents took pity on me and bought me my first horse. They knew it would take me years at the rate I was going and they felt bad.

    It's a plausible option.

I was thinking something along those lines. Like say if they buy the horse I could pay them off. But I couldn't use the pity factor because I already have a horse, I just need another.
