Horse to trade in WNY

Just thought I'd throw this out here: My sister is looking for trade her QH gelding for a quiet pony.
Her horse is a registered AQHA gelding, he honestly looks more like a warmblood than a QH though. 15.3 hands. I believe he is 8 this year. Bay with a tiny star. Easy keeper (aka fat). Hes had some dressage training, she bought him to trail ride. She really has only ridden him about once every other month, and I know hasn't been ridden at all this winter so he is going to need a tune up. I rode him once last summer, he hadn't been ridden in 2 months and he was well behaved (gave a little buck when I let him into a little hand galloop, but otherwise was well behaved). He is just too young a horse to only be ridden once a month. He'd make a great eventer or dressage horse, hes a big mover. I don't think he'd be a very good western show horse, although I did trail ride him western with no problems. Hes definately had someone mishandle him in the past so he needs a quiet handler that isn't going to be rough with him.
She'd like to trade for a family type large pony/small horse. Quiet enough for her to trail ride once or twice a month and to give pony rides to a 3 yro girl on.
Horse is located west of the finger lakes. Please pm me for more info. Sorry I do not have pics, but if you are serious I can contact her for some of him.
