The University of Florida sells there yearlings, performance horses, etc. Granted, I graduated a long time ago but I am sure there HTU and HRC still sells them for a good price.

I found this link for you.

What do you plan on doing with said horse?

We do pony parties and our party mare recently passed away. It takes a pretty special horse. They have to learn to trust their handler no matter what happens. Our party horses are taught that if they got shot with an arrow (example) they would need to remain calm as not to hurt a child. heres our site if you want to take a look.
