How much is my horse worth ?

This is what my ad for my mare would be ... im just wondering if you saw a horse like this , what do you think its price would be? PLEASE HELP :)

Quincy is a very cute Hanoverian/Tb/Paint/Percheron Mare. She is all about getting attention and treats. Good for farrier, cross ties, and vet. We bought her as a foal and have worked with her ever since. She has had a saddle and rider on her back. Goes on trails with other horses, haven't had the time to take her on trails by herself. Been ridden in a pond with almost no difficulty. Hasn't been shown but will make a great eventer. Needs a more intermediate rider.

With all the breeds she has in her you get the best of both worlds mare. She has a powerful paint behind, has the thoroughbred stamina, Percheron strength, and slight Hanoverian neck. All western riders have fallen in love with her colour but she will blend in-in a hunter ring.

Quincy would be a great spring project for someone looking for something new for the 2011 show season!

Please help me with the price !

p.s > would take better pictures for real ad , but heres something just to see her :)

There are a lot of variables with determining a horse's monetary worth.

What general area/country are you in?
Is she registered with any recognized registry?
Have either of her parents had any kind of show record or been successful or well known in any discipline?
How tall is she?
Do you have any good conformational shots of her?

Always remember that feeling of looking at a big, open country over the ears of a good horse, seeing a new trail unwind ahead of you, and that ever-spectacular view from the top of the ridge!!! Follow my training blog: http://robertsontraining.blogspot.com/

Her usefulness in the hunter ring depends greatly on how she moves. With out any conformation shots and no moving shots it is impossible to tell if she could do that. The one shot of her standing with her head up makes me think her shoulder is very vertical.

Green broke horse with no show miles that has been a trail horse and is an average size I would say you might get a couple of thousand if you found the right buyer.

start her at $2000 and be willing to go down to $1000. Make sure you have a good picture with a rider on her! Thats about what she would be worth in this area. She is very pretty!

A horse is worth what someone is willing to pay for it... What I think is an great horse may only be an average horse to someone else... and since I live in Ca and the horse prices have fallen horribly the last few years, you would only get about 500 for her here... but then again, find the right buyer and you could hit the jackpot!! :o) she is a beauty!!
