How much is my pony worth?

Registered Quarter horse pony
Chestnut with star and right, hind sock
8 years old
13.0 hh
Good on the flat, but can get a little forward
LOVES to jump [Picture and video down below]
Jumped up to well over 4 feet
Placed at every show while competing in jumpers
She can have some energy sometimes though [as you will see in the video], so she is not for a beginner
Loads with ease

I'm sure I'll think of more to add later, but this is just a general thing I'm looking for.

Here, she would be worth around $1300-$1500.

With her small height and sometimes forward demeanor, it might be hard to find someone small enough to comfortably ride her as well as handle her properly. That might be something to take into consideration when selling her.

However, she does have a very nice jump and she can certainly go high....I'd say $2000 around here. I'd be hard-pressed to find a horse who can jump that high and well for cheap.

You'd said elsewhere that you don't know much about horses yet, Gracie. I'm curious, what is the basis for your valuation?

X3 is he always that up? Or is it because you were playing with that huge jump?
Is he always that honest?

She is absolutely not always that up.
We had never jumped that high before [it was in a Down&Out at a show], so she was excited to say the least.
But she is always that honest. I can't recall her ever refusing anything. She truly is a horse who loves to jump.

A jumper pony that is athletic with lots of scope and that is honest can sell for some good money if sold thru the right trainer/situation.

She looks like loads of fun. I wish I was small enough to ride a pony.

A show jumping pony?

Maybe if you add a zero to those numbers.

My attorney just sold hers for $28,000. Of course she was experienced at 3 day eventing.

Not around here. Jumping isn't real poplular.
