I need to find this horse!!

My girlfriend is a horse lover and she had to sell her first horse a few years ago for whatever reason. I just want to surprise her and arrange a visit to where ever this horse is.

I have the registered name and a couple of pics. What should I do to find the horse, any special database or something?

Thanks all!!

You could get ahold of the registry, they may be able to help you out. Or if you could just casually ask her who she sold the horse too and go from there. Nice surprise for your friend :)

How do I get a hold of the registry, is there a specific institution or agency?

What breed is it registered with AQHA APHA etc. ? They usually keep track of owner transfers and such. You would have to find out what breed registry it is with then you could probably google it to get a phone# or email address to contact them.
