I can honestly say that, other than having a cute face, I'm not a fan of the way she's built. Butt high (which she won't grow out of because she's already done growing), light on bone, really high set hocks and knees, light back end, stand under herself (and quite possibly sickle hocked). She looks like a 2yo in a funky growth stage. Just my honest opinion, though.

I agree with her being downhill, but she has a nice, smooth, swinging gait. She's also a fairly tall girl and in racing shape right now.

I prefer the shorter, fatter, neutered male variety of TBs, but she's a decently put together mare. I think she'd make a really nice foxhunter.

I guess I'm just used to my heavier-built, taller draft cross, so the relatively spindly racing TBs don't appeal to me. I've worked with several OTTBs and all but one were of the heavier, more English type, not the leggy, light type you see coming off the track these days. *shrug*

The 8 y/o girl in me has never shut up about wanting a spotted pony. One of these days I hope to get her one!
