Job to gain more experience

I'm trying to find a job (perferably in the morning hours), to make more money. I do have experience, I just want more of it, I like my job, it's not something I can see myself doing for 40 years. I however can see myself with horses until I die. I am willing to exchange money for time in the saddle. I do have one lesson a week, but I want more time to work. I ride both english and western. I live in Western Washington (state). I have lived here my whole life, so you won't hear me complain about the freaky weather (and anyone who lives or visits knows about it), no drama, no attitude.

You might check with a trainer and see if they are willing to take on an apprentice. Although, they would probably not pay until after you had proven yourself. You may have to start out as just a barn hand; mucking stalls and washing buckets, to do something like that. Wish I could help you look but that is a little out of my reach. :P LOL

Not that is a great source but have you checked out craigslist? I see adds on there from time to time of barns looking for help. If you go the route though I wouldnt visit the barn alone... bring a friend of something along.
