Large Sport Ponies Available for Lease/Sale - H/J/Event and Gaming/Western

“Princess Peach” is a 2007 QH/Chincoteague dilute filly that should mature at 14.1 hh. She has been lightly started, has three good gaits and jumping small fences. She is naturally very brave to fences and tight with her knees. She has been hacked in small groups and loves kids. She is also learning the art of neck reining and has shown an aptitude for sorting/cutting as she enjoys chasing cows, has been roped off of and could also make a wonderful gamer or western pleasure pony. This filly has great movement, is very willing to please and would excel at pretty much anything. She is a very sweet and athletic filly with great conformation and striking looks to go with it. Lease or Sale $2500.

“Secret Agent Man” is a 2003 black large pony (14.1 hh) and a branded Mustang gelding. With his beautiful and expressive gaits, we feel that he excels as an all-around sport pony prospect. He has amazing extension, drive, and impulsion at the trot and canter. He is currently trail riding on a loose rein and loves to be out and about exploring new paths, with or without other horses. Has been ridden and enjoyed by all levels of riders although he is best with intermediate and up riders. This athletic gelding has been jumped to 3’ and is working on courses and changes. Has also been doing some low level dressage and XC schooling. Would excel as a hunter, eventer or dressage horse for a youth or small adult rider, perfect for pony club. Eligible green and judges love him. Lease or Sale $5500.

Bumping up, both are still available and will be showing starting in May. Lease and Lease to Own options are available and prices are negotiable to the right homes.

It depends on what you want to do with her. She's been ridden a lot by w/t novice adults and kids on trails and in the ring, some local showing but it was all under supervision and she was being consistently schooled by an experienced rider as well. Since her owner is a novice and she has had an easy winter and is just getting back into work for the summer her ring work, especially the canter is a little inconsistent. But I don't expect that to continue once she's back in shape and in work. She just occasionally pops the wrong lead and can't go in full contact yet. She'd be wonderful for a kid or teen that can comfortably w/t/c or an advanced beginner with an experienced friend or trainer that could occasionally school her. I hope that answers your question. We're just looking for a good home for her where she will be used as she enjoys being in work and trying new things, so a trial period or lease to own option is definitely available we just want it to be a good fit for everyone.
