    Question Leasing in North Carolina?

I'm moving to Fayettevile soon and am looking to lease a horse from someone who wants to keep the horse at their location and is willing to give lessons, as well as teach about care and ownership. If you can help me or know of someone in the area who could, please let me know! Even though the move is still a few months away, I would love to start making connections! Thank you :)

You could try Craigslist. Also, sites like Fayetteville Classifieds (NC) - Classified Ads & Want Ads are good places to look. I know LeJeune (a bit too far from where you'll be) has a huge board/list that is lejeuneyardsales.com -- not sure if there is one for Bragg or not.

I've been combing through Craigslist for the past few weeks and finally found someone who is leasing their mare, so I shot them an email and they got back to me this morning! =) They were offering a full lease for $100 and lessons for an extra $25 and all I have to do is go out and ride. I'll also ask if they can start teaching me about ownership, but they seem enthusiastic and I'm really excited now! Lol
