Getting a tall kidsafe horse for under $2000 is a project, all by itself. Heck, just finding a horse that is really kidsafe is a project, even though every horse ever is advertised as such, it can be tough to week out which horses really are and which aren't. Looking for a 'desirable' color like a pal along with those things might not be very realistic while staying in your price range and location. Are those all really must haves for you, or some of them flexible? How long are you willing to keep looking and visiting/trying horses?

try dreamhorse.com if you haven't...you can type in a lot of specifics like location, color, height, calmness level, etc...
