Looking For: Beginner/Novice Horse/Pony

So its come to the point where my parents decided it would be best to buy another horse for my younger sisters and mom to ride. They are all beginners, though the youngest would likely be kept on a lead as they rode, so the horse/pony has to be pretty calm. A "been there done that" kind of horse, preferably with lots of miles.

Since my mom has an issue with seeing the horses "boy parts" , a mare is a must.

To be honest, they will likely lose interest after a couple of weeks but I have several friends who love to ride, so she would be a sort of guest horse.

My parents don't want anything expensive, we can afford care of the horse, bale our own hay and have plenty of land, but they don't want to put a lot of money into getting one.

I know that is a bit of a narrow field to look at but if you have/know of any/happen across anything I would be very appreciative if you'd let me know.

I live in Southern Indiana by the way, can't travel really far but if you are willing to trailer her here I can pay a gas fee. If you want to see pictures of where she'll be, pasture/stall ect, just let me know.

Thank you in advance!

Just to bump this, I'm still looking for a pony. I talked my mom into geldings, and decided that as long as the potential to be a beginners pony (no buck/rear ect but just needs some work) I can spend time on that before anyone else rides. Also, they will mostly be riding on a lounge or lead line until they are better riders so that might widen the field for horses better.
Let me know if you have anything..
