Thumbs up Looking for Bombproof English Jumper to Lease (Ohio)

Hi, my friend's looking for a horse to lease. She's hopefully going to be boarding a horse on my property, but she has to find a horse first. She's 13 years old, had lessons as a kid, (English & jumping) and has finally convinced her parents to let her lease a horse. She's a little rusty as she hasn't ridden in 5 or so years, so she needs a bombproof horse to be taught on. She also wants to jump, but not competitively, as she's riding for fun and my farm isn't set up for competitive training.
Requirements:

*Cold-blood (QH, Appaloosa, Paso Fino, Missouri Fox Trotter, Tennessee Walker, Welsh)
*Can jump at least 2'6"
*Off-site lease
*English
*Training Finished
*Good on trails
*Good with other horses
*Essentially bombproof
*In Northeast Ohio (We're both in Medina, OH)
*If the horse came with tack, that would be excellent but not a necessity

Thanks, and please help her find a great horse to learn on!
