Looking for a family horse

I am looking for a very safe and willing horse, one who I can put anyone on. One that lunges, and rides western and is over 14 hands and that doesn't spook. Pretty much bombproof that isn't a deadhead who won't budge if he or she decides not to haha. Please let me know if you have one or anyone in mind. Thanks!
Emily
