Looking For A Horse

I'm looking for a horse, possibly to lease too. It can't be green (i don't think) and a reasonable price. I live in Australia, so it would prolly be better if it was one from here, but I'm happy to look at other horses too. If you have a horse for sale/lease, I'd be happy to have a look.

Well, I would really prefer if they weren't green. They should be well trained and know all of the gaits. The breed, I don't really care. Welshes preferably, but I really don't care. No stallions, please. The horse I would prefer it if they were under 16hh. They type of horse I'm looking for is an all rounder, they could also be retired Dressage etc horse, just as long as they are not TOO old.
Any more information?
