Looking for lease/half-lease in Western Pennsylvania

Well..I've decided that I just can't deal without having a horse to ride. I've been frustrated/depressed/whathaveyou since I ended a lease after not getting along with the mare's new owner in March. BO currently has no horses available for lease since she just downsized, so I'm looking elsewhere.

Soo..I'm looking for:
-Western trained/started horse
-On-Farm
-Lease/Half-lease
-Mare/gelding/stud
-14.2h+
-Short term (3-4 month lease) as I'm leaving for college in September

My experience is:
-Riding for 7-8 years. (I'm 18)
-Retrained "problem" horses. Rearing, bolting, bucking, and kicking.
-Worked with green broke horses.
-Shown games for 2-3 years (barrels, poles, fun shows, etc).
-Trail bossed (lead) many group trail rides. (3-8 people)

I'd be very interested in possibly working off part of the lease. I've cleaned stalls, run-ins, water troughs, etc. I've done some fencing repair and dug drainage ditches. I've fed, turned in/out herds, etc.

I've been looking online, but there's not very much that I've found in terms of leasing, everyone is just wanting to sell from what I've seen. I'll be putting up ads in the tack/feed stores locally as well, but I figured the more places I post, the better luck I'll have.(: So, if anyone has anything to offer or any input, I'd be glad to hear it.
