Looking for pony/small horse for beginner riders -- Florida

I am looking for a pony, preferably 7-15yo, for beginner riders. The riders would be children, including a few Autistic ones, and perhaps one adult. Minimum weight able to carry should be 100 pounds, sound limbs, no deformities. Smooth gait, no tendencies to kick/bite/buck/bolt. Must have a calm temperment with minimal spooking. Max height is 15hh. Either discipline is acceptable, Western or English, must be able to w/t/c or at least can be conditioned to trot and canter if it hasn't been ridden in a while.
