Looking for a School Master/Well Broke All-Around Horse in PA

Looking for a horse for a friend. Prefer a gelding, between 14 and 16 hh and ages 8-14. Although any well broke, friendly and responsive horse will be considered. It is a mother/daughter looking to get their own horse. They do mostly trail and pleasure riding. Would like something that they could take to local fun shows. They need a confidence builder but not something that is dead broke. Personality is a must have and they are intermediate riders. W/T/C on a horse that knows what it's doing is where their skills are at right now. A horse that knows the gaming patterns but is too slow, a horse that can hop over low fences and not bat an eye, trail rides well, etc would be perfect. They want a horse they can play around with safely. If you have or know of anyone that has a horse like this then please let me know =).
