Los Angeles, CA - Haflinger for Part Lease - Any Level Rider OK

Hello! I am looking to find someone to half/part lease my Haflinger as I will be having knee surgery sometime in February this year. She's super fun, goes english or western, jumps, and is fun on trail. Multiple hunter over fences and hunter under saddle wins in 2010, plus multiple day end high point awards in the walk/trot 10 & under division (including trail). She will pack a beginnr kid, or be a fun pony hunter or jumper mount. Adults OK as well (I am 6'1" and she takes up my leg). Great trainer on site, and we have a covered arena! Show opportunities, and a very fun and friendly barn. Price and days are negotiable, but figure it to run around $250/month. Barn is in northern LA - Lake View Terrace, off the 210 freeway. Contact for more info :)
(sorry the photos are huge! I can send more photos or a video if requested!)

Thanks guys :) she is a great mare. There is a 12 year old beginner taking lessons on her currently and she is a rockstar!

Still looking... Looks like I am having knee surgery in 5-6 weeks, so need to figure something soon - if I end up having to move her, need to give a 30 day notice and move her before surgery.

Thanks for looking and possibly passing this on :)
