What's that supposed to mean? She has a decent seat, is in good weight, and looks like she knows what she's doing.

Nice horse, Amazin'. Hope you find the right home for him soon.

Haha thanks, Speed Racer. BlueDuck82 is my wife, she was making fun of my description. It wasn't somebody being mean. Thanks for the compliment. I wish she could see how good a rider she is. I want her to train with me more

My wife started him on barrels and he's taking to it real nice. This clip is the VERY FIRST time he was shown barrels.

I'll try to get a new video soon. He's getting sharper and snappier.

Just a sidenote: I'm trying to buy nice prospects and ride them for a bit, then find them a home and make a few dollars for myself. Maybe keep some good horses from going to the killers. This was NOT one of my selling prospects. I got him a year and a half ago. He was a barrel prospect for my wife. I've had him for a year and a half, but only put about 35 rides on him. He didn't know much when I got him. Planned on putting some rides on him, then turning him over to her.

Anyhow, my one prospect that needs to sell has to go to the chiro, and will be awhile before I can have him ready to sell. So I need to sell this one. Something has to go. Also I have one that looks like this one, just bigger that's good too

Awright, just lookin' out for ya.

Speed swings her wiffle bat around trying to look threatening, smacking herself in the process.....

Has he ever been on trails? What is his temperment, how are his ground manners?

Until a few weeks ago, all his riding was outside. I took him last week on a 5 hour ride and he did great. Only crossed water twice and a bridge. Rode with slack in the reins the whole time. It was just me and 1 other guy, but he was fine whether leading or following. Rode in the trailer quiet too. He's gentle to be around. He is the boss of the herd when he's turned out here.

Very good on the ground, not goosey or jumpy. Just responsive. The only time he crowded me was when I was leading him and pulling a long water hose. He was pretty sure it was a really long snake chasing him. He didn't do anything bad, just scrambled a little. But he got over it. You could say he's respectful and responsive. He'll move over for you and back off you when you ask.

My kids have handled him when I need them to (to bring him to the arena, spray him off, etc.) and he's ok. They don't ride him, cause they have older, slower, broker horses. But he's good and safe to be around.

Vid for Taffy on ground manners and general temperament. He kinda was just hungry in this clip. Thanks Wickednag! Price is negotiable.
