price estimate

There's this horse at my barn and I was just curious about how much you guys think it would be. It is a bay standardbred and probably about 15.3 handsish. He is a lessonhorse so he's really mellow and has great groundwork, doesn't spook easily, no vices...
As far as how he rides, he's a little pokey, but he goes well with a strong leg. I jump him at 2 3", I don't know if he could go over 2 6" but im not sure. Slow trot, but really smooth canter and is very honest to the jumps, only bucks when hit with a crop. I was thinking 5K? I really have no idea though. Ps- I've been riding him for 3 years and he's never had any bad healthy problems or lameness issues. Thanks!

$5k is a little much... I'd estimate around $3500...

Green Broke
How old is he?
Does he have show experience?
Does he have a lead change?

If he's not too old, has been shown successfully, has a good lead change, then yes, I'd say he should be around $5,000. If no, then he's probably less. If you get on or (or the like) you can enter in the criteria that fits him and see what horses like him are going for in your area.

I'm guessing he's about 7 or 8, not 100% sure, but no younger than 5 and no older than 12. He doesn't have auto lead changes, he trots when you tell him to get the right one, but they're def, not auto. He has been shown sucessfully , in local shows but nothing too big.
