Rescue TB in South NJ needs home!

If anyone is located in or near the south Jersey area, there is a wonderful Thoroughbred up for adoption. This is the same place I am adopting Jasper from.

He is located in Egg Harbor City, NJ (although the site says Weekstown, EHC is the city I got for directions).

They call him Merlin, and he is 16.3 hands high, dark bay gelding and about 8-9 years old. Very flashy and a head turner! Doesn't spook, he is green, and just needs some ground manners. But he is not dangerous! He also has very high withers. He was rescued by the SPCA from a neglectful home where he wasn't being taken care of at all. He was in horrible condition when he first got to the rescue. He still needs to put some weight on too.

The rescue owner says he has lumpy knees from racing so he won't be able to do jumping of any kind. He's more of an Equitation or Dressage mount.

I am just helping the rescue by spreading the word about him because the rescue is broke.

I would just call a few days ahead so they can get the horse ready for you, but I'm sure you already knew that
