sale ad -good or bad?

I'm leasing/selling my boy currently, and want to know if my ad sounds good or not.

"I'm looking for a good home for my '96 TB/QH gelding. Murray stands at 15.2 HH and is currently ridden in English. He walks/trots/canters, jumps and does trails nicely. Murray is a horse for an intermediate rider, not recommended for beginners."

Then I have my asking price and contact number in the end. Does this sound catchy? Should I add anything to it? Thanks.

How does he do for baths, clips, vet, farrier? Does he stand calmly? You might want to add what height he is consistently jumping. Also, if I was looking to buy, I would want some kind of explaination of why he needs an intermediate rider i/e "He is a powerful jumper" or something along those lines.

Is he UTD on shots/wormings/shoeing (or trimming)
Does he have good ground manners? Is he a good kids horse. How is he around other animals?

Why does he require an intermediate rider?
How high is he jumping?
How long has he been under saddle?
Any shows? If so, what did he do and what were his scores?
How is he with bathing, trailering, shoeing etc?
Is he up to date on shots and hoof trimming?
Why are you selling him?
How is his temperment?
Any medical issues or allergies?
Any significant injuries/illnesses? (such as colic, broken bones)

Also make sure your ad has a good conformation picture and a nice riding picture.
