Searching for a horse for sale...

Around Oklahoma/Texas area.

I have access to a truck and trailer, so I can drive to come pick up the horse & haul it.

But I live in the center of Oklahoma... so really anywhere around there.

I'm looking for something on the cheaper side, because I want something green I can train myself.

If anybody knows of anything or any websites I can visit to search, it'd be much appreciated!

horse wanted

Hey,

I have some horse sellers posting on my site. They can even help with the transportation. If you have more info maybe I can reach out to someone for you.

But in the meantime, post your wanted on my site at allstatehorse.com because we are in contact with many sellers.

Hope that can help!

I am a horse enthusiast! I like sharing stories, and viewing websites about horses. I also have my own site which is http://www.allstatehorse.com

Check dreamhorse.com and equine.com they both have a search by state.
I've bought and sold a few through Dreamhorse.com and had very good luck.

I ride where I work right now, pretty much. I work for a stable sponsored by St Judes. I've always ridden Hunter/Jumpers though, and did Eventing. I want to get back into Eventing.

I'd just like a horse on the cheaper side (DH won't allow me to spend too much money, haha) and really I'd like something green to bring up on my own. But something that is sane, has a mind, isn't going to try to kill me. I don't have the time for that.

Where are you from?

Google these 2 sites. They usually have babies!!! One of them even has a few BLM mustangs.

Give me a chance equine rescue. GMACER.somthing

Blue Bonnet Equine rescue. (usually has ok and tx horses on it)

I live in NWArkansas. I hop on these 2 every once and a while. Sometimes they have very nice horses!!!

Good Luck!!! Happy hunting!

a trainer I know has an OTTB she's been working with for several months you might be interested in. I saw him schooling at a show this spring when he was fresh off the track. He was a little up but I was pretty impressed with his attitude. She claims he's so calm now he's teaching beginners how to jump! And jumping courses and starting to get his lead changes. I honestly don't know exactly how quiet he really is (i've only heard from the trainer, not seen him since spring) but she's wanting to sell him before winter and only wants $1500! If my husband would let me get a second horse i'd be out there in a second giving him a try. Send me a pm if you're interested and i'll give you her number.

how cheap do you want?....
Dodge city has a horse auction about twice a month, my friend picked up a really nice horse for $75.00. It's a gamble when you walk in there but most of the stock is young and nice looking
