    selling help!! please look!

Here is my situation, I have a appendix mare(tess) she is 7 and drop dead beatuful! And then my coming 3 cremello colt tango.

That being said here is my situation, I can only have 1 horse, I bought tess b/c she was exactly what I wanted, and worth much more than what I payed, I knew I had to sell my colt before ii could get her. But my mom and I talked and pulled the money together and got her b/c we knew she would sell b-4 I sold my colt.

Then we found out about my neck injury, and I can't ride a trotting horse.

I then bought aurora by peruvian b/c she was perfect for me. We also bought her under the impression that tess's old owner would take her back.....

Well she diden't, so know I am stuck w/ 3 horses, and I cannot afford them. Do you guys have any tips on how to sel a horse fast?

I really need help quikly so if someone could offer any advise I would love it!

    Thanks

    Hi Tessa Bear!

I have almost the same problem, I had 3 horses and can only have one, I think one is sold though. You need to pick the two your going to sell, which is VERY hard, then you need to market them on on Dreamhorse.com or Agdirect.com or any others you can find and in your local paper, you need to list all of the things they can do, and are trained to do ect. And you need to price them. If you need to sell them fast, then your probably just going to have to accept a low price. And if you just HAVE too, you can donate them. Do you know which one your going to keep? How much are you trying to sell them for?

Oh, yes I am definitely keeping aurora (the peruvian paso)

I have adds on dreamhorse for both of the horses, and the price.

Tango I payed $700 for unbroke as just barely a yearling. He is noe 2 1/2 and broke for anyone to ride, and very trustworthy and totally kid safe (even though he is young)

Tess is pretty much all t.b and looks it. She is your hunter/jumper or even dressage horse, she has had pro training in western pleasure, and is also an amazing trail horse. I am english trained and she would pretty much win any hunter class you put her in. I payed $3500 for her, and would like to get that, but unfortunatly I don't think that will happen.

Thank you so much for replying!

Have you tried taking a video of them moving and under saddle? Sometimes it really helps, it helped sell mine. And several recent pictures

Yeah I will definitely do that, I have one of tango moving, but it is dark and its hard to see his movement :( so I will retake. I am going out to the barn today, and will post them in the video section if you could take a look and tell me what you think I would appreciate it!

Thank you so much for help already!

She is a gorgeous horse! I am looking for a horse to buy. Can you give me the details on her, like price, hight, age? And are you in australia?

Have you ever thought of leasing one out? There are always kids/people who can't afford a horse but are willing to pitch in so they can ride!

Another idea: If you can't ride Tess anymore but you really want to keep her, you could train her to cart!
