Selling horses on consignment

Hi there, just wondering if anyone knows whether there are people that sell horses on consignment in Sydney. My niece has a 9yr old bay mare that she has only owned for a couple of months, but she needs a more experienced rider. I think being only 14 herself, my niece is going to have trouble selling her.
