selling mally and need help with advertisement?

Alas I have to sell mally.

I know its the best thing for her as I havent the experience or the time to give her the training she needs..

Anyway to the point, luckily for me I have never had to sell a horse (or pony in my case) but this gives me the unfortunate disadvantage of having no clue on how to create an advertisement

I was wondering if someone could help me to write an ad?

Its going to be placed on the 'myaushorse' website and also in horsedeals magazine and on the website.

The stuff I need help with is basically everything! Please help?

Has she been started under saddle or in harness? If so, how much training has she had and in what discipline or just the basics like stop, turn, back up? What is her disposition like? How tall? Any health issues? How does she do for the vet, farrier, etc.? Does she clip, tie, and stand for tacking up? Any vices like kicking or nipping?

Those are questions that potential buyers will want answers to and I think that I would try to answer as many questions as possible in the original add just to keep too many people from contacting you with questions about what may not have been in the ad. One thing to do is to look at other ads and see how they are written and what words they use. Her color is beautiful, but does she need to see the farrier? Her front feet look a little weird in that pic, almost like they are really underrun and have a very long toe.

She has been started and is green broken but Iím not sure about harness. I havenít tried it with her before. She lunges and longlines well but can be a bit stubborn in the saddle due to inexperience.
Sheís trained in English and is about 17hh. She loves her farrier and stands quietly. I havenít clipped her before but she stands quietly and is easy to catch and rug out in a big paddock or small area. She is quiet and sensible with other horses. She doesnít float well because she gets a bit scared which is something I need to work on before selling her.
Umm sheís registered with the commonwealth Clydesdale horse society and has papers.
Reg. Name > Manildra Lodge Malakai
Sire > Valmont Royalty
Dam > Roxborough Park Josie
The pic is from about 4 months ago (and about 2 weeks before the farrier came) He is coming to see the horses in 2 weeks so I will ask him for help with her and the advertisement/ taking photos.
Iím planning to get a photo of her under saddle and also some video footage of her lunging, under saddle and trotting/cantering in the paddock.
In the ad Iím going to include a website link for more photos/information

Something like "Has been started under saddle but will need some work" or "Green broke" I guess would work. That is a good idea to visit with your farrier about it.
