    Snerk!

I have a feeling that horse's price is more along the lines of $12,000 not $12.

Why do so many of these ads you see online have such ridiculous pricing? Some of them will say $10 or $100 and the horse is actually thousands. And then there are the ads like this one that don't even post pictures. I can't imagine anybody following up on an ad like that.

Okay guys first, I'm used to hot horses because I own a few myself. And I do have stallions. That's why I want him because I would NEVER bring a mare to my house with them. Also I want a riding horse I can trust with my 6 year old niece. Also just for me. If we get him we might geld him. We most certainly will if he's to hot. I went to the sellers house and met him. He was very kind and wanted to please me. Whenever I asked something he would do it without hesitation. Even when I rode him. I just wanted to know his bloodlines. I only got a few good answers. This happened last time too. I don't think I will be hearing from you guys for a long long time.

No, I would not buy this horse. The fact that you are looking at him to use as a breeding stallion AND as a horse for your 6 yo niece is concerning. It looks like your stallion handling experience has been with minis, there is a big difference between the two. I have fairly extensive experience with Arabian stallions and rode one as my personal horse for years, I like them. BUT, I would never choose a stallion as a mount for a young child. Period.

A lot of shows will not allow minors to ride stallions.

Also, if you put him in with a mini stallion, he is very likely to kill it.

    Funny post. Funny ad.
    First, NO pictures.
Second, I've never seen height listed as 14.30 hh.
    Third, price--$12.00 ?? Where did someone get $12K ?
I, personally, am thinking about a "Corporal" replacement, which would be an Arab GELDING. The way I figure, a gelding was worth somebody paying to geld him, so he's more valuable. ...and easier to handle.
