Siezed horses in need of homes - $1 (slanesville wv)

I got it on my local forum, so I'm not positive what's going on there. And I wonder if County indeed sends horses to the meat plants (at least it's done differently in MD)...

Anyway here it is: SIEZED HORSES IN NEED OF HOMES

It sounds like the owner they took them from was planning on sending them to slaughter. The county will probably send them to auction, that way they wash their hands of where they ultimately go.

It's times like this I wish I could get all these horses out of that situation, but you can't always. All I can do is pray for god to have mercy on their souls in where ever they end up.

That's why I've seen so many tenn. Walkers on the resuce sites... I guess they are making their way through the animal shelters. Good to see. Hope they all find good homes!!
