Unhappy Standardbred

Im salein my redman ya'll, he'd make a great trail or buggy horse. He's a 5 year old bay geldin. Im askin 200$ for him.

Yes but im buyin a Quarter Horse and Im only alowed to have one horse. And he would be better off on a buggy I think.

It just kills me when someone makes a commitment to an animal and doesn't follow through with it.

Well he's going to be sold to a man who has alot of standardbreds, and it wasn't my fault I had to sale him, MY DAD said I can only ride QH's. So im sorry if sellin MY horse offined anyone.

Not that this is the place for this conversation but....

Selling a horse because it does not work out for your situation is not necessarily a bad thing. I do not see how it is not following thru, really.

Realizing that a horse and rider are not a suitable match and taking the steps to find a better match (by selling the horse) is following through. Do you really think that "keeping the commitment" is more important that finding a suitable match for both horse and rider?
