TB for on farm part lease in mountainhome Pa.

I have a 14 year old 16hh bay TB up for part lease, she was being leased by a teenager but they ski and discontinued the lease to spend more time on the slopes. Bella's passion is jumping and she is currently jumping 3'3 but could go much higher, she is also a lovely mover and knows some basic dressage. She needs confident a rider with soft quiet hands, she loves to go and is very responsive to your aids. She is a favorite of the teenagers at the barn who I allow to ride her. She is also very good on the trail and will go out alone. In the nearly 2 years I've owned her she has never been lame and never bucked or reared. Lease will include 4-5 days a week, I only get to ride on tuesdays and every other friday(occasionally I'm up on the weekends). She is boarded at a no drama barn where everyone is friendly and easy going, there is an indoor and outdoor arena. If desired she can be taken to shows. Asking $300/month to help cover board. I am somewhat negotiable to the right rider.

Here is a video of her jumping 2'11 from october.
Summer jumping Bella 2'11 - YouTube

I don't have any more recent videos but will get some if anyone is interested. I don't jump so it's a matter of finding a rider to jump her when I'm there so I can video it.

If I missed any important details please let me know, the previous leaser was a student at the barn so I'm new at advertising.

Gorgeous horse! I live in the northeastern part of the state but there are some very good barns around here that might be willing to do a partial/full lease depending on what you are willing to do! I hate to see you feel bad, but the videos are fine :) I would google barns in your area and advertise around there, you never know what or who you will find :)

Thanks, but I want her to stay where she is. If I was going to move her I would just bring her home.

lol, you should come try her out, she's lots of fun. With 4-5 days of riding time she would feel like she was yours . Let me know if you want to come try her

Thank you, where about in Pa are you? Close enough to possibly lease her Since the weather has been so mild I'm hoping the girl who was leasing her before will start again in March, but I won't hold my breath on that. Plus I'd really like to find someone who wants to ride more consistently, she only rides on the weekends.
