TB mare for lease

16.2h,9 year Old TB mare for off farm lease. Would make an excellent pony club mount or what have you. Solid w/t/c, jumps but will only allow her to compete at 3'6". Sound, never refused a jump, NOT spooky or hot. Requires shoes when ridden a lot. UTD on everything but will need a new coggins if going out of state. Will allow a 30-60 trail with a deposit, to be returned when and if she is returned early if she is not lame, sick, injured, skinny, etc. Will go with her blankets for all seasons. I will require referances and site check. No vices, trail rides alone or with others. Boss mare in a herd but not dangerous. Ideal situation will have at least a minimum of 8 hours of turnout daily and nice stall for her to be in at night. She will also ride western and show in games as well and does amazing. Took year end grand champ two years running. Lease is $300 a month off farm. She is located in Maine. I will allow her to go out of state but you are responsible for transporting her. Lease will start at 6 months and go for up to two years. Great horse for a teen to do pony clubbing with or for anyone really. My 11 year old has been riding this horse since she was 8. Pic below.

Any possibility of an on-farm lease instead? Beautiful horse!
